Another big-money exit for City

James Trafford is heading to Elland Road. The 23-year-old goalkeeper is set to leave City for Leeds United in a deal worth £40m plus add-ons, which will be a club-record fee for the West Yorkshire side.

The move makes Trafford the most expensive British goalkeeper for a second time. Not bad for a lad who spent last season watching from the bench.

Frustrating return to the Etihad

Trafford rejoined City after a loan spell, but things didn't go to plan. The move comes after a frustrating season back at the Etihad, where game time was hard to come by behind a certain Brazilian number one.

Leeds get their man. City get the cash. Trafford gets a fresh start.
