Spurs boss eyes City winger
Roberto De Zerbi has made Savinho a priority target at Tottenham. The Manchester City winger is the player the Spurs manager absolutely wants, according to Fabrizio Romano, with discussions still live between the two clubs.
City are not understood to be actively looking to offload the 22-year-old. That does not appear to have deterred Tottenham, who have reportedly lodged an offer worth around £60 million.
Savinho only arrived at the Etihad in July 2024, moving from fellow City Football Group side Troyes. He had just come off a standout loan at Girona, where he racked up nine goals and ten assists in 37 La Liga outings.
Under Pep Guardiola last season, the Brazilian made 48 appearances across all competitions, scoring three times and providing 13 assists. In October 2025 he signed a new deal running until June 2031.
The Blues have already spent heavily this summer — £116 million on Elliot Anderson. But Savinho remains under contract and City hold the cards. Romano confirms conversations are still ongoing.
